Due (at the time of writing) to Mod Menu only having a release candidate for 1.21.5, and Cloth Config having nothing, this is marked as a beta.
Using Cloth Config for 1.21.4 with this release will result in a crash when attempting to access the config screen via Mod Menu.

- Fixes the vanilla behavior of scaffolding being inaccessible when Accurate Block Placement is enabled (#19)
- Fixes Shulker Boxes vanilla behavior when right-click is held being inaccessible when Accurate Block Placement is enabled (#28)
- This may be tweaked in future updates, as this fix has introduced an inconsistently replicated issue with unwanted opening of shulker boxes and other storage blocks when mass placing them.
