Accurate Block Placement Reborn

This release:

• Fixes the vanilla behavior of scaffolding being inaccessible when Accurate Block Placement is enabled (#19)
• Fixes Shulker Boxes vanilla behavior when right-click is held being inaccessible when Accurate Block Placement is enabled (#28)
  • This may be tweaked in future updates, as this fix has introduced an inconsistently replicated issue with unwanted opening of shulker boxes and other storage blocks when mass placing them.
• Adds two new options in the config "Confirmation" and "Confirmation Type"
  • "Confirmation" toggles whether a confirmation message will be sent when a feature is toggled on or off
  • "Confirmation Type" determines where the confirmation is sent (Chat or HUD)
• Improved the wording and colorization of the confirmation message
• Credited LordEnder-Kitty to the contributor list for their suggestion of and work on the confirmation options (#27)
