These regional forms of eevee originate from the many different conditions and unique quirks that the fictional Kazeran region hides. These eeveelutions all come with their own unique second typing to pair with their primary type as well as a **Custom Signature Move and Ability** with modified movesets and abilities. Each with their own custom cries as well! ## Let's Introduce the new forms! ### Vaporeon (Water/Fairy) 💧🧚 This version of Vaporeon loves to lure unsuspecting Clamperl with its songs, only to capture them and steal their pearl. It wears the pearl around its neck as a trophy, a symbol of its majesty over the sea.

**Evolution Requirement:** Give Eevee a _Water Gem_ while it's holding a _Fairy Feather_ **Abilities:** Liquid Voice, Cute Charm, _**Sonic Resonance**_ **Signature Ability:** Sonic Resonance: Sound-based moves deal 25% more damage and have a 30% chance to lower the target's Speed. **Signature Move:** Siren's Song: The user sings an enchanting melody, dealing damage and causing the target to become drowsy and asleep on the next turn. This move is both a Water and Fairy type move.

Legends say its full form power has never been revealed.

**Evolution Requirement:** Give Eevee a _Fire Gem_ while it's holding a _Dragon Scale_ **Abilities:** Rock Head, Marvel Scale, _**Dragon's Rage**_ **Signature Ability:** Dragon's Rage: Fire moves are 30% stronger above half HP; Dragon moves are 30% stronger below half HP. **Signature Move:** Dracoblaze Rush: The user lunges at the target with a blazing speed, dealing damage and applying recoil for the damage dealt. This move is both a Fire and Dragon type move and raises speed in the sun.

**Evolution Requirement:** Give Eevee an _Electric Gem_ while in a desert **Abilities:** Lightning Rod, **Magnetic Flux**, _Sand Rush_ **Signature Ability:** Magnetic Flux: Electric moves have a 50% chance to lower the target's Speed by 1 stage. **Signature Move:** Shockwave Slam: The user unleashes a thundering shockwave through the ground, dealing damage and lowering the target's Speed. This move is also a ground type move that hits all adjacent foes.

It draws power from the gem above its head, said to be a fragment of a fallen star.

**Evolution Requirement:** Give Eevee a Metal Coat with 160 Friendship during the day **Abilities:** Levitate, Psychic Surge, _**Prism Capacitor**_ **Signature Ability:** Prism Capacitor: After being hit by a special move, your next Psychic move deals 50% increased damage. **Signature Move:** Metal Storm: The user unleashes a storm of metallic shards, striking the target 2-5 times. This move has a chance to lower the target's Special Defense with each hit.

Its wings shimmer with radiant darkness, embodying both ambition and perseverance.

**Evolution Requirement:** Give Eevee a Sun Stone with 160 Friendship during the night **Abilities:** Competitive, Aerialate, _**Shadow Striker**_ **Signature Ability:** Shadow Striker: Dark-type moves have a 25% chance to make the target flinch. **Signature Move:** Radiant Descent: User calls upon dark energy to descend from the skies, striking the foe, lowering its Defense and Special Defense.

This Leafeon lurks in the deep woods, stalking prey and guiding the lost pokémon only to lure them and devour their souls.

**Evolution Requirement:** Give Eevee a Dusk Stone in a dark forest biome. **Abilities:** **Withering Aura**, Cursed Body, _Shadow Tag_ **Signature Ability:** Withering Aura: When hit by a contact move, the attacker loses 1/8 max HP and the user heals 1/8 max HP. **Signature Move:** Phantom Bloom: The user haunts the livestock around the opponent, damaging and cursing the target while also taking recoil damage. This move is super effective against Ghost types, but Ghost types are immune to the curse effect.

Its body constantly sizzles and steams, barely holding the two elements together in harmony.

**Evolution Requirement:** Give Eevee an Ice Gem while in the Nether **Abilities:** Ice Scales, **Thermal Bloom**, _Solar Power_ **Signature Ability:** Thermal Bloom: In sun or snow, heal a small amount of hp per turn. Ice moves in Sun and Fire moves in Snow deal 25% more damage. **Signature Move:** Flashfreeze Heatwave: The user erupts in an explosion of heat and cold with 30%% chance to burn or freeze the target. This move counts as both a Fire and Ice type move.

Sylveon strikes with its ribbons, poisoning prey just from a single touch.

**Evolution Requirement:** Give an Eevee a Toxic Orb while it knows a Fairy type move and has 160 friendship **Abilities:** Cute Charm, **Toxic Ribbons**, _Poison Touch_ **Signature Ability:** Toxic Ribbons: Contact with the user's venomous ribbons has a 20% chance to badly poison the attacker. **Signature Move:** Venomous Embrace: The user ensnares the target with toxic ribbons, poisoning the defender and trapping them until the user is taken down or switches out.

(This is something I can't fix as it's just a limitation with Cobblemon itself)
