What Blue Moon actually does

- Runs through the same global lunar scheduler as other moon events, with shared duration, warning, and cooldown logic. - Enables Blue Moon battle weather hooks and supports Blue Moon move or ability interactions. - Applies world effects around players near water: Dolphin’s Grace, Night Vision, swim Speed, and rainy-sky Conduit Power windows. - Buffs nearby aquatic mobs with Water Breathing. - Can spawn tidal wildlife (fish or glow squid) onto nearby land positions close to water. - Spreads temporary snow layers in selected grass areas at night, then clears tracked frost when the event ends. - Plays rare ambient moon-tide underwater sounds in valid sky-visible, near-water locations. - Adds Cobblemon lunar bonuses, including extra shiny rolls, friendship boosts, and tag or type based bonus spawn chances.

### Harvest Moon

What Harvest Moon actually does

- Runs on the same synchronized lunar scheduler and network state pipeline as Blue Moon and Blood Moon. - Periodically accelerates crop growth in an area around players, including Cobblemon berry and apricorn style growables. - Hydrates nearby farmland to max moisture during interval passes. - Applies support effects to nearby players, including Luck procs and harvest-themed particles. - On defeated entities and Pokémon, grants short Regeneration to the killer and can drop bonus harvest loot. - Bonus drop table includes crop and Cobblemon farming materials such as wheat, pumpkin, melon slice, beetroot, apricorns, and berries. - Adds Cobblemon lunar bonuses for friendship and bonus spawn rolls using Harvest Moon type and species tag pools.

### Shared lunar rules - Only one lunar event can be active at a time in a world. - Events are night-bound and end when duration expires or daytime begins. - Cooldowns are population-tiered for multiplayer pacing. - Event state is persisted per world and synced to clients. --- ## ✨ Pokémon, Forms, and Event Species ### Magipole 🌱 *A gentle lilypad Fakemon that hops around wetlands and shallow waters.*

How to obtain

Spawns in swamp wetlands, rainy rivers, and forest or jungle fishing pools. Most entries are common and favor wet weather.

How to obtain

Evolve Charcadet with a **Dawn Stone**. Wild Chrysopierce appears in high-level Overworld and Nether pools, Badlands day duelist entries, and rare night sentinel pools. Aether-only entries are also included when Aether is installed.

--- ## 🧠 Abilities

Thaumaturgy (Thaumatoad)

- Moves from this Pokémon ignore opposing Ability effects. - Immune to status conditions. - Immune to flinch and Taunt.

Predator (Harpivoir)

- Damaging hits apply a prey mark. - The next damaging hit into that marked target is boosted to 1.5× power. - The mark is removed after that boosted hit, or when the target switches out.

Face Collector (Bloodsplitter)

- Starts battle with a face active. - While active, the first damaging move that would hit it is reduced to 0 damage. - After Bloodsplitter gets a KO with a move, the face is restored.

Duelist’s Dance (Chrysopierce)

- Sets a very high crit stage for its attacks. - Uses custom crit tuning, with crit damage scaled down to keep the profile controlled.

Deathblossom (Blossom forms)

- If at full HP, survives a fatal move at 1 HP. - The attacker is then inflicted with Sleep. - The attacker is also seeded with Leech Seed when valid.

Essence Reforge (Tinkaton Draconic)

- Physical attacks target Special Defense instead of Defense. - KOs on Dragon or Fairy targets grant Speed boosts.

Abyssal Elegy (Milotic Bloodmoon)

- This Pokémon’s attacks always hit. - Incoming sound-based moves fail against it.

Celestial

- Doubles Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed while active.

Moonmaiden Edict

- On switch-in, sets Blue Moon weather when it is not already active.

Oompy Goompy

- Cancels opposing stat boost impact while this Pokémon is active. - If hit by a contact move while it has no held item, it steals the attacker’s held item.

Helios Blade

- 2-hit priority Fire move. - Each hit has low odds to burn, paralyze, or flinch. - After use, the user drops its own Defense and Special Defense by 1 stage.

Gigaton Excalibur

- 160 base power Dragon attack. - Ignores Dragon immunity checks and includes custom Fairy effectiveness handling. - Can not be used twice in a row.

Bloodcall

- Sets Blood Moon weather in battle.

Dreadcurrent

- 75 base power Special Water move. - Applies a 3-turn trapping current. - During the effect, residual damage is dealt each turn and the user heals by that amount.

Bog Omen

- Applies a 3-turn omen seal. - Suppresses the target’s Ability during the effect. - Prevents the target from using priority moves. - Blocks boost attempts while the seal is active.

Umbral Flurry

- 3-hit priority Dark move. - Only works on the user’s first active turn. - Hits after the first are reduced in power.

Blue Moon Edict

- Sets Blue Moon weather in battle.

Azure Decree

- 20 base power Special Water move. - If holding Blue Gemstone, damage is multiplied heavily. - While Blue Moon weather is active, it grants +1 Attack and +1 Special Attack to the user after resolving.

Rolly Polly

- 95 base power Physical Ground move. - Requires a held item to use. - Consumes the held item on hit. - Base power is modified by item class (heavy utility items, choice or offense items, berries, seeds, gems, plates, memories, drives, and more). - Applies item-specific extra effects after consuming the item. **Examples of item outcomes:** - **Choice Band / Scarf / Specs:** grants Attack, Speed, or Special Defense boosts. - **Life Orb:** self chip plus Attack boost. - **Assault Vest / Eviolite:** grants Defense boost. - **Leftovers / Black Sludge:** heals the user. - **Rocky Helmet:** deals extra recoil-like damage to the target. - **Air Balloon:** grants Magnet Rise. - **Weakness Policy:** grants +2 Attack. - **King’s Rock / Razor Fang / Hard Stone / Soft Sand:** attempts to flinch the target. - **Flame Orb / Toxic Orb:** attempts to inflict burn or toxic poison on the target. - **Focus Sash / Focus Band:** grants Endure. - **Berries:** cure status or heal depending on berry group. - **Seeds, Gems, Plates/Memory/Drive/Z items/Mega stones:** grant stat boosts.
