Makes the menu buttons (the gray ones, not text boxes or inventory buttons) have an animated rainbow outline, with a smoother box inside. Also makes highlighting the buttons change the inside color, not a border, to make the rainbow border more visible.

Incompatible with any resource pack editing the button elements. Incompatible with modded buttons that don't use these textures.
