Adds "Timed Fly" to your server!

Q: How does the plugin work?
A: After installing plugin just type the /tfly command into chat(make sure you are opped/have permision on the server, otherwise, command won't do anything). And to make sure you have enough fly time on your account! To add fly time simply type /tfly set {player name} {amount of seconds to set}
