Added configuration file, you can now change your drop percentage (between 1 - 100) and drop amount (between 1 - 10), this will apply to all drops! If you try to use higher/lower number for percentage/amount than is the set minimum/maximum, the default values will be used which are 10% / 1 drop.
Updated to 1.21.4, added the Creaking mob's spawn egg drop
Initial release. All mobs have 10% to drop their spawn eggs except Warden which has 25% chance. Plugin will be made for older versions too in future updates! Config file is also planned.
