1.Added disabling of commands for different worlds, this is useful for RPG servers where you can disable players from applying specific commands to specific maps.
- Add a blocking command configuration that can prohibit players from using certain commands, such as plugins;
- Split language files, now you can customize languages (currently only three, more will be added in the future with added features);
- Optimize the code and adjust the anti explosion logic of coolies;
- Refactoring the config file, please delete the original file before updating the plugin.
