• Added a new present rarity - Legendary
• Changed the items that the presents can drop for each rarity
• Added a special particle effect for when a present is opened - particle effect is defined by rarity
• Mobs have a chance to wear either green or orange leather helmet
• A Zombie named Santa Claus with a red leather helmet can now really rarely spawn and will always drop a legendary present
• Removed Halloween Event entirely - this is the last event in this plugin, events will be part of a new plugin from now on (once I release it)

• Added a chance for mobs to drop a special Halloween drop - Trick or Treat present
• Drops from Trick or Treat presents are tiered: Common, Rare and Legendary
• Presents make a sound according to the tier you recieve when opening a present
• Mobs can spawn with a Carved Pumpkin or Jack O'Lantern on their heads just like last year - now they have a special aura around them too!
• Added a new Blood Moon event - every full moon, mobs spawn a bit boosted with a red aura around them

• Fixed Halloween Event not being set to false by default

• Added Santa's Hat and Santa's Helper's Hat as a possible helmet for mobs (can drop from them too)

• Selected mobs (meaning all mobs that our plugin is changing drops for) have a chance to spawn with a carved pumpkin or jack o'lantern on their head!
• Added really rare chance (0.1% - cannot be changed!) for these selected mobs to drop a diamond!

• Halloween Event (and all future events) can now be disabled / enabled via config file!
• Added support for 1.21.3 - This version can be played only on 1.21-1.21.3 until I make this as a multi-version plugin!
