AntiHealthIndicator

## Overview The **AntiHealthIndicator** plugin prevents hackers and modders from seeing other players' health. Designed to be lightweight with minimal server performance impact, it modifies packets directly, making it impossible to bypass. Logic executes asynchronously to minimize server load.
