Fixes the negative button id crash exploit being currently used to crash/kick all players on big and small servers, it's only fixed on very recent builds of paper/pufferfish/purpur on 1.20.2 and a backport for puffer/paper 1.20.1

Nbt parsing tab complete crash exploit is only patched in paper (and forks) on recent builds of 1.20.4
