Increment version to match forge + Fixed mods toml spelling mistake

IMPORTANT BUGFIX Fixed LAN multiplayer not working due to tags being present on "server"
Ported to neoforge
Not much changed to the forge release, minor mods.toml improvements such as update detection
Created the mod!
The main branch is on neoforge, so forge will not receive updates aside from bugfixes
