This mod adds a new solar eclipse event. It occurs on specific days; you can use the command /solar eclipse next to find out when the next one will take place.

This is what the in-game event will look like.

During a solar eclipse, it gets dark. This mod adds a new solar eclipse event. It occurs on specific days; you can use the command /solar eclipse next to find out when the next one will take place.

During a solar eclipse, monsters no longer burn and can spawn during the day.

During a solar eclipse, mobs will no longer burn and can spawn during the day.

During a solar eclipse, spiders behave as they do at night.

During a solar eclipse, the behavior of spiders also changes; instead of being passive during the day as usual, they become aggressive, just as they are at night.
