Serverside Vanilla Map Integration!

Changes:

• [Configurable] Allow sneak-using a filled map on a cartography table to record exploration to/from it.
  • Banners and explorer icons will be recorded from the item as waypoints.
  • Explored map area will be recorded from the item terrain, if it exists.
  • Terrain not present on the item is recorded to it in the explorer style (configurable as full-color)

The Cross-Dimension Update!

Changes:

• Fully implement SERVER networking mode for terrain, structures, and landmarks.
• Surveyor is now usable for all dimensions on the client, not just the one currently loaded
• [API Breakage] Event API and internal API changes due to major refactors for the above
  • Minor renames (WorldTerrainSummary -> WorldTerrain), removal of world context, and some type swaps
  • Still some redundancy in the more complex parts of the internal API, to be refactored out in a later minor
