Subtle Effects

• Changed many configs to be conditional. Meaning configs will be enabled/disabled as other configs are changed in the menu. Due to how conditional configs work in Fzzy Config, I expect this change to break some mods that depend on Subtle Effects' configs
• Added basic Lootr support (#166)
  • Adds support for chests and decorated pots spawning bubbles underwater
  • This also fixes Lootr chests spamming the chest opening sound underwater

Fixes

• Fixed mod compatibility mixins causing log errors on startup (MixinConstraints is now an embedded dependency)
• Fixed the replaceDustWithBubblesUnderwater config being untranslated
• Fixed spectators being able to spawn splashes
• Fixed crash with Sable, making the mod compatible with Create Aeronautics (#221, #222)

• (1.21.1) Fixed modded spawn eggs crashing NeoForge
• Replaced the chestsOpenRandomlyUnderwater config with chestsOpenRandomlyUnderwaterFrequency, which allows for changing how often chests randomly open underwater.

• Changed minimum required Forge version to 47.4.14 (#212, #213)
• Fixed Forge crashing when using modded spawn eggs (#215, #211)
