By default the mod will try to start the integration when the server starts (single player world and dedicated servers).
Before you start the integration you have to put your channel name at the configs.
With your channel name set all you have to do is join your Single Player world or type /subathon start
If you wish to, you can change the messages with a resourcepack.
Please note that the connection takes some time to establish, and subs/bits during the startup period won't be counted! ‎
