Stormie's Spiders 🕷️

This mod is a fork of Nyf's Spiders and Spiders 2.0 leveraging Architectury Loom for Fabric and NeoForge support.

Enhances spider's pathfinding and allows them to crawl realistically up walls and even across ceilings! Compatible with most resource packs and mods.

Mod is required on both clients and servers for expected functionality

Updates

  • Updated for newer versions
  • Added config screen
  • Added option for spiders to be unable to climb during rain (experimental)
  • Added option for spiders to be unable to crawl on ceilings
  • Added fallback for rotations on servers without the mod
  • Added disabled blocks config/menu (for making traps, spider-proof bases, etc)

While with the fallback, spiders do rotate without needing the mod on the server, it is still highly recommended to have it on the server for the best experience.

Trapdoors are disabled by default in the disabled blocks config
