Operators Past Permission Level 3 Can Use /BanBlock

Which Has 4 Parameters:

• Ban - Bans a Block (You Can't Get the Block After Stepping on It)
• UnBan - UnBans a Block (It has to be in the Ban List First)
• List - Lists the Banned Blocks
• Clear - Clears the Ban List

There are also Many Achivements in which There are Two Distinct Catagories:

• Total Blocks - Granted based on how many Total Blocks are Collected.
• Unique Blocks - Granted based on how many Unique Blocks are Collected
