Sophisticated Backpacks Create Integration

Sophisticated Backpacks Create Integration is a full-featured integration of Sophisticated Backpacks with Create, making it possible to use Sophisticated Backpacks on Create contraptions not only as portable storage, but with all of their powerful inventory management features and upgrades fully functional. This addon mod brings advanced backpack-based storage to moving contraptions, allowing for highly customizable and automated storage systems in motion.

Contraption Backpacks

Backpacks from Sophisticated Backpacks can now be placed on Create contraptions and retain their full functionality while in motion. Backpack content remains persistent across movement, and upgrades, upgrade settings and inventory settings (like memorized slots) are retained.

Upgrades

Backpack upgrades are fully functional when the backpack is on a contraption. From automation upgrades like Pickup, Magnet, and Feeding to utility upgrades like Filter and Void upgrades, everything works as expected—even while the contraption is in motion. Upgrades that rely on position or proximity are correctly handled using the contraption’s current location and backpack's location within the contraption.

Schematics Support

Backpacks placed in Create schematics are fully supported and will place with the correct colors.
