Primal Craft 1.21.10

Mining Changes

  • Damage When Breaking with Bare Hands:
You now take damage (0.5 hearts every 0.75 seconds) if you try to break “hard” blocks (like wood or stone) with your bare hands.

  • Wrong Tool Penalty:
Using the wrong tool (or bare hands) on “hard” blocks will make mining 100x slower and no items will drop. Use the correct tool!

  • Correct Tools:
Axes are for wood, and pickaxes are for stone. Using anything else on these blocks won’t work properly.

  • Safe Blocks:
Breaking “soft” blocks such as grass, dirt, sand, gravel, mud, and snow will never cause damage and will always drop their items, no matter what you use.

Flint Knife

  • The Flint Knife still has a chance to drop grass fiber when breaking grass blocks.
