fixed lots of issues with the centering angles
-added centering angle -added optional 3d resource pack -panels should be less prone to z-fighting -removed radioactive material from vents and other blocks -exterior panels emit light -panels should have emmisive lights if the propper mods are installed

added Elevator Screen blocks, which have a few states you can use. click with the wrench and platform beam to change the states, though, some are meant as compatibility so if you do not have Apertureprops, the texture will be missing.
also if you use Framed Blocks the screens come in full block versions too
this update adds the ability to use the wrench on blackplate or lunecast covering to change them into their full block texture. though there is more than this since i have not uploaded every version change to modrinth.
