Pebble's Chest Shop

• Blacklist config: added config/pebbles-chestshop/blacklist.json (creation, buy, sell); reload with /chestshop reload.
• Enforcement: creation blocked for blacklisted items; buy/sell blocked during transactions.
• Command: /chestshop cancel to terminate a stuck shop creation session.
• Stability: corrupted shop files are skipped during reload with detailed error logs.

• NBT-respecting transactions: exact stack (incl. NBT) moved to prevent dupes.
