Java 17 support!

This is identical to v0.2.0 but with a version bump and modified fabric.mod.json

• Removed dependency on loader version from the template
• Corrected the source code location

This mod REQUIRES Java 21, even on pre-1.20.5!

Java 21 runtime is REQUIRED to use this

Despite the launcher saying pre-1.20.5 versions dont like anything newer that java 17, it will work fine with Java 21

This will NOT run on 1.20.4 and below if you don't force java 21 and edit the fabric.mod.json
