No Jump Delay Enhanced

This release updates No Jump Delay: Enhanced to Minecraft 26.1, and drops support for older versions.

This release bumps NJDE to 1.21.9+, and drops support for older versions.

This release rewrites No Jump Delay Enhanced to use jumpingCooldown, which slightly curbs (though does not eliminate) the potential for a speed boost.

This release updates the mod to Minecraft 1.21.5

This release:

• Adds a keybind to toggle the mod on/off (unbound by default)
• Adds a config to turn the mod on/off, turn confirmation on/off, and select where the confirmation message is sent (Chat/HUD)
• Adds a proper logo for the mod
• Makes all text strings translatable, though only en_US is available right now.
• Fixes that the mod only worked in Survival/Adventure, and allows it to work in Creative as well
