Looking out from a window of a library with a butcher's shop in the distance: We can see that instead of an Oak Lectern, Oak Bookshelves and an Oak Torch in the house and an Oak Smoker in the background, the game now generates the village with an Acacia Lectern, Acacia Bookshelves (from More Bookshelf Variants), an Acacia Torch (from More Torch Variants) and an Acacia Smoker (from More Smoker Variants).
