These composters can also be crafted using Nemo's Woodcutter¹.

Looking at a Farmer villager of a Savanna Village: We can see that instead of regular Composter and Oak Torches, the game now generates the village with an Acacia Composter and Acacia Torches (from More Torch Variants).
