Mob Pouches

• Updated pouches to work on mobs with right-click interactions including: Villagers, Wandering Traders, Allays, Horses, Zombie Horses, Donkeys, and Mules
• Added a new #wich:never_pouchable tag to exclude some entities from pouching even when all other mobs are configured for pouching
• Added a Pouchable-Villagers example datapack that allows Villagers to be pouched explicitly
