A very simple mod that allows you to mine spawners using a pickaxe with silk touch and then place them wherever you want. It also works with trial spawners.
The drop chance can be modified in the config file that gets created when first starting Minecraft with this mod, which also supports Mod Menu (Fabric) to see and change this value that can go from 0.0 (never drops) to 1.0 (always drops).
Server side. Needs the Fabric API (the Fabric version) (the Forge version doesn't have any dependencies).
