Lost and Fished

• Added a command interface to modify the lost item queue directly!
• Fixed an issue where items with 0 durability would crash upon collection into the queue.

• Fix a bug that caused fishing with an empty queue to fail sometimes (oops!)
• Add player heads to the no_save tag

Main 1.18.2 release. Not compatible with 1.18.1 due to tag changes.
