Lighty

This release finally brings Lighty to Minecraft 1.21.10!

I had to wait for a replacement API in fabric, but now that that's here, I was able to port it!

This release also contains:

• A smaller .jar for fabric: Back when Lighty was released for each snapshot, the jar contained parts of the fabric-api. Now this is no longer the case, resulting in a much smaller jar.
• The overlay distance was kinda wonky, and this got fixed. It should be a normal square now!
• Pale Moss Carpets, repeaters and comparators, and weighted pressure plates wrongly had an overlay shown. This is now corrected.
