Fixed changed options not editable after first time.
I tested only on Fabric (Sodium + Iris) 1.21.1, 1.21.4 and 1.21.8 and NeoForge (Sodium + Iris) 1.21.1. NeoForge 1.21.1 with Embeddium + Oculus doesn't work!
IMPORTANT: works on NeoForge ONLY with Sinytra Connector mods and 1.21.1! The rest of the versions are Fabric ONLY.
