Happier Ghasts

Happier Ghasts adds the Dried Ghast, Ghastling, and Happy Ghast before 1.21.6 releases! In the future and possibly in 1.21.6, this mod may receive more content/revamps.

• Dried Ghasts now generate as part of Nether Fossil Structures.
• Dried Ghasts turn into Ghastlings after 20 straight minutes of being submerged underwater.
• Ghastlings will follow other friendly mobs as well as the player.
• Ghastling growth can be sped up using Snowballs.
• Happy Ghasts can equip a harness, enabling players to fly on them.
• Happy Ghasts will follow players holding a Snowball, or a Harness if they aren't already wearing one.
