End Connected To Overworld

Link Overworld to The End dimension with additional The End Gateway tweaks and special support for Happy Ghast from Vanilla Backport mod.

• Overworld <-> The End dimension stacking.
• Flying up from Overworld to go to The End Dimension.
• Jumping down from The End void to go to Overworld.
• Happy Ghast from Vanilla Backport dimension stacking special support.
• Happy Ghast will not take void damage on the below world.
• Fix End Gateway ridden entities teleportation.
• Stop End Gateway from recreating destination End Gateway.
• Fully configurable.
