CHANGE: Adjusted byproduct chance for the witch oven and fume filters. NOW: 30% base, 20% per funnel, 35% per filtered funnel.

The rowan berries are not bugged and the witch oven is supposed to be random. Please use fortune/filters and stop pinging me about it.
