Enchancement

Version 26.1-r1:

• update to 26.1
• trade rebalance is no longer enabled by default
• add spear enchanted books to strongholds
• adjust the chances of a few other enchanted book spawns
• horses no longer attempt to swim while riding them with buoy
• horses now propel themselves out of water if they have no passenger with buoy
• add netherite horse armor enchanting material
• add beheading drops for various mobs that were missing them
• fix visual inconsistencies with delay
