- Fixed Elytra moving in the opposite direction while strafing (thanks Riyuukii on GitHub).

2.4 : The Config Update
I was originally going to release the 1.21.9 / 10 builds of the mod earlier, but I got carried away and decided to revamp the config system as well.
Config Enhancements
- added a few new options to the config.

- Elytra (and cape) gravity now scales with the players gravity attribute. (can be disabled in config)

- Fixed the Minecraft bug where capes (and elytras with this mod) will snap back to default position and high speeds (MC-111418). This fix is also toggleable.
