nineMinecraft is a joke site.
nineMinecraft is in no way affiliated with Modrinth or 9minecraft. (And frankly, who wants to be affiliated with the latter?)

This mod adds game rules and potion effects that can be used to restore mechanics that have been changed or removed.

3 potion effects, labeled "Nonaquatic", "Uncraving", and "Dextrous"

The first of these effects is Uncraving, which restores food mechanics and textures to their beta states. Hunger and sprinting are gone, and eating food instead restores health. This can also be enabled globally with the dated_draughts:beta_food gamerule.

Uncraving potions can be brewed using Thick Potions and "Cooked Beta Porkchops", which can be cooked after creating a "Beta Porkchop" by crafting a Porkchop with a piece of Cobblestone.

The next is Dextrous, which restores many premodern combat mechanics, disabling the offhand, allowing you to block with swords, and disabling the cooldown on attacks. This can also be enabled globally with the dated_draughts:old_combat gamerule.

Dextrous potions can be brewed using Thick Potions and Stone Swords.

Last for now is the Nonaquatic effect, which disables swimming animations and returns the oxygen bar to how it was before, restoring it instantly upon resurfacing. This can also be enabled globally with the dated_draughts:old_water gamerule.

Nonaquatic potions can be brewed using Thick Potions and "Cooked Beta Fish", which can be cooked after creating a "Beta Fish" by crafting a Salmon or Cod with a piece of Cobblestone.

All of these effects can be toggled on or off globally using the dated_draughts:enable_all gamerule.

I made a video going over all the features here:
