Had to replace observers for light weighted pressure plates in crafting.

Had to remove a failsafe for remotes when the block entity is swapped. It cannot scan the id the block entity in this version.

Removed those 2 annoying console messages from 1.12.2.

Fixed the gauge linking withing comparators. Fixed the gui texture not being mapped.

When control blocks are changed, they now sync data to all players around them. This can also cause the gui to update too. Remotes work from 3x farther away. It is now a 144 block range from 48. -This only applies to old game directories if the config file option is deleted or changed. Motherboards can now be harvested with a wooden pickaxe like the control blocks. -It previously was the only block in the mod to need a stone tool. The control block gui now closes if the user moves out of range. -Range is calculated differently for the remote as opposed to direct access.
