- Relaxed MC version requirement so that I don't have to upload a new file every time MC gets a hotfix. No functional changes to the mod.

- Added better support for cave biomes with custom fog colors. If a biome is a cave biome and has a fog color different from black, that color will be used at 20% brightness.
- New config option "Custom cave fog brightness" that allows changing the custom fog color brightness from the default 20%.
- Removed config option "Stabilized cave fog color", is now replaced with "Standard cave fog brigthness" which is used when the fog color is black. 0% by default.
