Removed the Borderless Fullscreen and Windows Fullscreen Optimizations options and replaced them with the Exclusive Fullscreen option, to be hopefully less confusing and closer to the new vanilla settings. It's still possible to change the mode without restarting the game though.
The render distance slider is no longer missing from the sodium video settings menu

Minecraft 1.20.1 uses an older version of GLFW which doesn't support cursor capturing, so that option is not available here, otherwise it should work exactly the same as 2.3.0 for 1.21.1

- The fullscreen button in the video settings menu now includes a borderless option. This can be turned off. Compatible with sodium
