What does this mod do?

Baked goods must be baked before you can eat them, cooked dishes must be cooked.

• They all require water or milk in the making. In turn you do get experience points from baking and cooking them. For that you can use the furnace, a smoker and even a campfire.

Can I eat the dough, though?

You can try eating the intermediate steps like Cookie Dough and Uncooked Soup. But consider that just like raw chicken, there might be a risk to being so greedy. If only it wasn't so tasty and after all, there really is only one way to find out...
