THIS MOD REQUIRES VEIL API SEPERATELY
Also make sure you don't have any mods that will conflict with Veil API.
This mod adds a simple flashlight system using the Veil API. Flashlight is brighter in-game. There is really nothing to say about the mod, but that this mod was a pain to make.
