Anchor Teleport System

This is a simple and vanilla friendly teleportation system. It replaces the functionality of respawn anchors and works fully server-side. You can link two respawn anchors by jumping on them, while they are fully charged. You have 5 minutes (300 seconds) which you see indicated in your hotbar to link them.

This was in the past used on the ChainSMP I figured that I could make it available as many liked the system.
