This simple datapack allows players to toggle a permenant glowing effect for easy tracking in multiplayer.
To use, simply run /trigger glowing to toggle the glowing effect!
Admin Stuff

To blacklist a player from using the glowing trigger, run
/tag <name> add xzg.trigger_blacklist -
To remove a player from the blacklist, run
/tag <name> remove xzg.trigger_blacklist -
To toggle a players glowing, run
/scoreboard players set <name> glowing 1
