I’m okipiak, an amateur content creator. In this project, I’ve made a selection of (I belive) unique items. Feel free to add this to your server.
Also this datapack is translated to 4 languages: Polish, English, LolCat and Interslavic (also known as Medžuslovjansk).
New Additions:
Three Custom Totems:

Totem of Feline Grace
Can be found rarely in woodland mansions.
Totem of Agile Nuisance
Can be found rarely in strongholds.
Totem of Withering Might
Can be found rarely in Nether Fortresses.
New Enchantment: "Incinerating"
This is a treasure enchantment that can only be applied to tools. When equipped, it smelts any block you mine. It excludes with Fortune and Silktouch.
Here you can see what things the blocks change into after mining with this enchantment.
For the needs of this enchantment, new recipes are added. You can now smelt raw ore blocks to blocks of this ore.

You can also smelt Chorus Plant to Popped Chorus Fruit.

Cheese
That's right, you can now get cheese in Minecraft. How does it work? Simply right-click a cauldron with milk to fill it, and wait from 10 to 30 minutes. This concept isn't entirely original; it’s inspired by the Rats mod.
(Note: And yes, for a split second, you might spot a shulker box, but unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about that.)
Standing in the milk cauldron will clear all your effects. Also right-clicking cheese in a cauldron while holding a shovel will drop more cheese than simply breaking the cauldron (Note: This shovel feature will only work for cheese cauldrons made on version 0.65 or above).

How does cheese work? It's really simple. Just like milk, it removes any effects from you, but it also gives you Nasuela.

Now some nerd talk
Totems are just repeating command block with different texture, and different components.
Food items are just bread with different texture, and different components.
Baguette model is not mine, I took it from 23w13a_or_b snapshot.
I used this Raycasting Generator to make milk cauldron work.
I used this Generator for loot tables and advancements.
