Limited Encant Levels:

This datapack is aimed at server owners that are intrested in hosting a life series.

Limited Enchants II limits the level enchants a player can enchant too (This datapack limiting to level 2). EX. Sharpness 5 is the max, this datapack will change it to Sharpness 2. Same goes for Protection: Protection 4 Max -> Protection 2 Max.
