This is a datapack for the mod; Origins! It adds the Lightning Borne Origin, an Origin that allows you to control lightning through a stick and run at speeds unimaginable at the cost of your precious sleep.

🟢 Lightning Bender You can craft a lightning rod, which when used will summon lightning.
🟢 Thunder Form You have an energy bar. Once you've filled this up, you can use it in your thunder form. The thunder form allows you to move at lightning speed, at the cost of health and damage*
🟢 Smite.. on a bow???? You can apply smite to a bow through an anvil. This will allow you to channel your energy through an arrow. (lightning on bow hit)
🟢 Quick Reaction When using a sword, you can block an incoming attack. If successful, you will become faster for a short moment.

🟡 A part of The Storm You will join in with the rain, becoming apart of it. In this form, you cannot interact with the world in ways such as building. (when it rains, the player can fly while not being able to interact with the world but can be stopped through water breathing pots)
🟡 Energy Transfer You can transfer your energy into a boat at the cost of not being able to use a trident while swimming. (boats go faster)
🔴 Light Sleeper You cannot sleep unless you are above y-level 100 and in the rain.
🔴 Claustrophobia You crave the fresh air, being beneath blocks will make you weaker.
🔴 Short-Circuit When hit, there is a chance that you will become short-circuited and will not be able to move for a couple of seconds.
🔴 Light Dependant You need light in order to feel safe, without a high light level, your swings will be slowed (mining fatigue)
🔴 Overload Using your powers too much in quick succession will result in an overload, you will not be able to use your powers for a short while
🔴 Discharged If you become in contact with water, you will lose your abilities for a short time
🔴 hunmgry mmm You require a lot of energy to perform your powers, leading in you needing to eat more.
*(To fill the energy bar, you must drink contained energy. You need to gather copper ore dust and gold ore dust by mining the respective ores, then merge the two by putting the dust in your hands right clicking. Do the same with the energy dust and a bottle.)
