Kade's Cobblemon Recipe Additions [Fabric Only]

• Added Enchanted Golden Apple recipe
• Fixed the Not Supported for this version of Minecraft text thing
• Changed all IV increasing and decreasing candies to use smaller forms of EXP candies
• Changed Big Root to Energy Root conversion recipe to give 4 instead of 2
  • I would make it that the shears won't be consumed, but I can't figure out how to do so. So instead I increased how much you get to make up for it.
