coal ore drops more coal

The way it works is very simple. When you mine Coal Ore with this datapack enabled, it drops more coal. This is just like how Copper Ore works. The amount that is dropped is sometimes 2, and sometimes 3. This makes coal mining less annoying in my personal opinion, and also makes it so you run out less. Coal isn't that annoying to mine, but it's been bugging me for a while, and I feel like of all the ores, Coal deserves to have the same treatment as Lapis, Redstone, and Copper.
