The Hotfix
Redesigned the fog textures to stay pixel-art–inspired but feature more realistic shading, plus improved the logic behind fog movement and behavior.
The Rework
Reworked how the far-fog functions, it now uses the same logic as the proximity-fog. Fog thickness dynamically changes based on biome, game-time, and weather conditions. This substantially improves the synergy between far-fog and proximity-fog.
Other Updates
- Tweaked badlands colors for a more realistic look based on real-world references.
- Adjusted desert fog color to a hazier tone that better matches the sand palette.
